Electro-permanent magnetic chuck
Electric permanent magnet chuck is a new type of magnetic chuck which uses electric pulse to turn on and off magnetic force. Electric permanent magnet chuck does not need electric energy in its work, but only uses electric energy in 1-2 seconds of the process of magnetization and demagnetization, and does not use any energy in its work. The P LC interface can be controlled remotely by a computer to improve the degree of automation without heating or thermal deformation.
Main uses of electro-permanent magnetic chucks:

Requirements for use:
The thickness of workpiece should be more than 10MM.
The most suitable condition for holding the workpiece is at least four contacts of magnetic poles. With the use of magnetic conducting soft claws and sliding projectiles, more functional workpieces can be processed, such as five-sided processing, drilling, tapping, milling grooves, etc. Complete the processing procedure at one time, irregular and surface bending workpiece can also clamp processing.
